About our weekend...

I hope this finds everyone recovered from the gobs of Easter candy consumption. I warned my kids last night that our bowl of candy will not stay here until it's gone. I hope I don't seem cruel, but after a week, to the dump it goes. After major holidays, the kids get into this routine of thinking after every meal it's candy time. As much fun it is to have dessert, I don't think it's for every night.
My weekend started off with attending a wonderful baby shower for my high school BFF. She looks amazing and from the pic, you can't even tell she is 7 months pregnant! T took the kids to his aunt's house for lunch and egg hunt in Greenwood. That evening, we enjoyed family at his parent's house dying eggs and having dinner.
Easter Sunday we attended a packed house at church and then had lunch with the in-laws at the club.
Wade started t-ball and his team name is the Rebels. Whoo hoo! Boy was he excited about that! He is alll about it too. T got him a new bat, glove and ball. Aunt Shannon gave him batting gloves, practice shorts and baseball pants for Easter... he loved it all. I'm so happy he is excited about playing ball. T's dad coached him when he was little and he breathed baseball. KE had her last soccer game last night and I forgot to take pics. She is looking forward to playing again this fall. Nate is into puzzles and is actually pretty good at them. He woke up crouping last night so we are headed to the doctor this afternoon to nip it.
I hope everyone has a wonderful week!

another high school friend, Emily did all the arrangements for the shower. She is very talented.

HAPPY EASTER!
