I have been using the same skincare products for about 4 years now and I feel that it's time for a change. Is there really anything topical out there that helps with the dreaded fine lines???? I cannot BELIEVE that I'am starting to notice these boogers in the mirror.
My question to you is, what do you use and why? I want your entire skincare routine.....
Thanks in advance!

Oooooo, I'll have to tell you about mine. Dr. Terracina has me using all kinds of stuff from About Face. I'll have to look in my cabinet though- complicated matters!
I need to know too. I went to the dermatologist this morning for my skin.
I've got a book and a website for you: http://www.gorgeous-skin.com or Gorgeous Skin in 30 Days by Erica Angyl(who is the woman we went and heard in Germantown a couple of months ago)
i am using the obage system but still a firm believer in the re:9 arbonne kit. both are wonderful for me.
I used to use all the arbonne stuff, but it started breaking my face out like a 16 year old, so I went back to what I have used for years. Are you ready, Dove Sensitive Skin Unscented soap and Dove Deep Moisture Facial Lotion SPF 15. I am just a plain and simple kind of girl. Alison
Here's mine:
a.m.- About Face Chamomile Facial Cleanser, SkinCeuticals C + AHA Exfoliating Antioxidant Treatment, SkinCeuticals Emollience Moisturizer p.m.- Neutrogena ultra-soft eye makeup remover pads, About Face Chamomile Facial Cleanser, M.D. Forte I Facial Cream with Glycolic Acid
Very complicated! lol
Lauren.. Oh my!! So, how long have you been using it and can you tell a difference?
My dermatologist told me to use cetaphil to clean my face. I've been using it for several years and i rarely have any problems. My problem now is dark spots, but i got something to fix that!
I need to know what the product is for the dark spots!! Mine are not so bad, but I would rather not have them!!=) SPS
P.S. I can not give you lots of help on a skincare regimen because the face lotion I have used for years is discontinued! I bought five tubes on amazon and I am now on the last tube! So......not good!
Sarah....
The stuff Kate is using for dark spots is not for pregnant people.. it has chemicals in it BUT I went to Walmart today and found Neutrogena's Visibly Even line.. It claims to reduce blotchiness and minimize the appearance of dark spots. Plus you need to use sunscreen everyday. I bought Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Spf 55 with helioplex (per Kate). I hope this helps!!
Hey-
I use the Neutrogena sunscreen and it is good! and it smells so good! Lately, I am just staying indoors where it is cool!=) SPS
