I Want To Know
Okay so I'm swiping this idea. I've seen this on others' blogs and am curious to know who's reading ours.
It's time to reveal yourselves! My site meter tells me that I have people from far away places reading.
I would LOVE to know who you are and where you're from, so please leave a comment. Even if you have left comments before, leave another one just because. Don't be shy... I always find myself linking from one blog to another reading about people I've never met. You never know, we may be reading about each other!

Another One
After a long weekend of celebrating ( which means eating everything that is bad but SOOO yummy) , I wake up yesterday morning with a terrible headache.
I did it to myself.
If I had stayed on track with eating right, I would know if it was the food or if it's this nasty weather. I do get headahes when the weather is overcast. If I only knew.
So , anyway, I'm back on the gluten free, caffeine free, pull your hair out eating program!! I still have the headache...it's on the opposite side of my head so that means tomorrow it will be gone! :)
I must brag on my sweet husband. He not only let me sleep in late Sunday morning, he gave up his duck hunting trip that day too. What husband will do that? On top of that, he let me nap with the kids that afternoon. ( I love and need lots of sleep)
This really isn't unusual. He does stuff like this all the time. I just never give him credit. I'am the luckiest girl hands down. And I have to say that he loves me like I'm the best thing. Sometimes I wonder what blinders he has on!

W is showing signs of wanting to potty train! yay.... He turned 2 in Septmember so I'm not rushing but he is in pull-ups exclusivley. He has tee-teed in the potty a few times but no #2. He is in that stage of telling me after the fact but that is ok. I'm just happy he wants to.
Last night we hosted a going away/moving party for our sweet dear friends Tripp and Cat. We helped host at a mutual friend's who bought Kristina's childhood home. I meant to tell her about this. It was wierd going over there again. It's such a great house. I never payed attention to how big it really is. So much room. And 4 bedrooms...which I need!! Anyway. Tripp and Cat are moving to Starkville and we couldn't be happier for them. It's bittersweet.
I tried a new recipe I got from the latest Mississippi magazine for these cream cheese cups. I bought The Crown's chicken salad ( mine and Cat's fav) to serve in the cups. They were delish!! And easy. I love to cook and entertain.
Tonight a friend is getting married and I know it will be beautiful and packed! So to T's dismay, we will be arriving 45 minutes early. I want to get a good pew! I love wedding ceremonies. They are so special and sacred. I found a cute little black dress from Libby's. If you are ever in the Delta, it is a must that you stop there. She has the best stuff. And they are getting ready to move their with more dressing rooms! yay! You should see this place in the summer or when everyone comes home from college... You have to stand in line for a dressing room. It's great
Have a great weekend!

Let's Have a Little Fun!
The rules of the game:
Link to the person that tagged you and post the rules on your blog. Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself on your blog; we all want to know them. Tag random people at the end of your post and include links to their blogs. (I'm not sure how to add the link.) Let each person know that they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
1. I'm not totally against having another baby. We probably won't but the thought of not having any more babies makes me a little sad. I'm sure In a few years when Wade and Nathan are wrecking my house and giving me fits I will be ok with just 3.
2. As picky as I'am, I love vienna sausages! I know, I know...gross. And I hate shrimp. ha
3. I smoked cigarettes from 9th grade until I was 23. Now I can't stand the smell of them and I think it's so tacky when I see someone smoking. But I'm known to try one if we are out and about and it reminds me of why I don't do it. yuk
4. I love being online. I honestly don't think I can go one day without checking my computer. It would be wierd. Some days Torrey tells me he is going to throw it out I'm so bad.
5. Bad weather scares me and as soon as it's a Tornado watch, I won't leave the house. I get all the flashlights gathered and pillows in case we have to get in the hallway.
6. Almost every night after I get into bed I call T (who is in the living room) to cut my bedside lamp off. And he does it! :)
7. I love me some rap music too! ( Kate we need to go ride around)
I sent this to Shana,Kristina, Amy, Sarah, Suzanne, and Angie

Pushy
It happened.
All of the kids were in KE's room when I heard a THUMP..then the shrill of N crying. As I'am making my way quickly down the hall, KE comes flying to me to tell me "W pushed N down on purpose!" So I see N on the floor wailing and W on KE's little chaise. W looks at me in terror because he knows what's coming to him. All I had to say was "no pushing W" Then his tears came. N's head hit the molding of the door and all I could do for a minute was hold him silently praying that he was okay and I wasn't about to see blood. (I need to get stronger for this) N has a huge goose egg and he's ok. Thanks to mommy's kisses!
Boys. Makes me nervous . And W is my "mild" one. HA! He is still a boy though huh?

I love Sundays!
It's Friday!! yay!
For us it's just another day. This is the time of year that T works.. hard. I'm very thankful I have such a hard working man, don't get me wrong. I still have issues with him not being home at 5 o'clock and only being here on Sundays. I can't get it through my thick skull that I married a farmer. That means no 8 to 5; 5 days a week. It's a joke when I call him at 4:30 everyday (well, almost everyday) and say hey...when you coming home? when I know the answer :)
You could say Sunday is my favorite day . We get to go to church together, have lunch and then just be together (unless it's that pesky hunting season)

SO what?
Okay, so I cheated. I brewed me up a cup of coffee (decaf) and endulged with a little french vanilla creamer and a pinch of sugar. it was SOOOOOO good and I got my fix. Now I can go back to eating carotts, salad and salsa.
No, It's not that bad but very boring and I love food. Since I started this I have come across several delish recipies I want to try . Talk to me in 4 weeks and I bet I try at least one. Look to your left at my links and click on Non Gluten Free .... You will love this blog!
I think I may be a blog-aholic. so what.

Update on Things
Well, this life change of mine isn't very fun. It's day 3 and I'm running out of stuff to choose from. If I mess up in the least it defeats the whole purpose. If you know me well at all, you know I'm a picky eater as it is. I can do it! I found out that eggs don't contain caesin so that's good. Then again, I found a migraine forum that says one person may be allergic to eggs where they are not allergic to dairy. I'm just going to stick to what i'm doing for now and go from there. I hate to give up.
KE (6) is loving school and learning to read!!(like, an entire book!) She can fix her own breakfast (toast) and lunch (sandwhich). How nice is that? I need to teach her how to tie her shoes.
W (2) is a sweeheart. He loves to play and eat. He will try more things than KE would or will.
No interest in the potty, but I have until the fall really. Oh but loves to wear pull-ups
N (13 mo) is crawling everywhere and he will stand alone but not quite ready to take that first step. He says mama, dada, cracker (in his own way) and he loves to clap. He tries to mouth "sissy" but that is a big word!
T is busy pulling trees in the nursery. I'm still learning about this tree business but in a nutshell, he plants trees and grows trees. When he plants, he does it for big projects..mostly government programs... forest restoration. This is his busy season..first of the year through May. Then he will get started on Soybeans. Luckily he will have a nice summer break where we can go on vacation. Oh and he takes breaks to go on his hunting trips. My favorite

Kids say the darndest things
As I sit here on the computer, T walks in to tell me I should get off the computer because it only makes my headache worse. He's right. I said i sure could use a shoulder rub when KE chimes in..I can do it! I said okay... and she can! She said. " I didn't go to school for this you know. I just know." She is 6 for those of you that don't know and she is a spitting image of myself which I'm not proud of during those "It's all about Me" times. Anyway, I have found me a little masseuse!

The Pain of Headaches
I wish there was a cure for migraines. I get one at least once a month and I'm on the last leg of my first one for January. It began Friday and now it's pretty dull. I'm tired of being in the bed so I have cleaned a little, visited with the kids and now venting to whomever may listen. After much internet research, I have found that the most common natural cure/prevention is diet. Or lack thereof. A wheat and dairy free diet. HELLO!! That is all I eat.... cheese, bread, chocolate, milk, eggs. I'm going to whither away! But I must get a hold on this so I'm willing to try. So, starting today I will elimanate wheat and dairy products for 4 weeks. The alternative is drugs and I'm not the biggest fan. I want to remain sane.. or as sane as you can be with 3 kids. Wish me luck!
p.s. anyone out there that suffers like I do and can give any tips; they are welcome! thanks

Welcome to my new obsession
Okay, I have done the myspace thing, I have done the Facebook thing...let's get this blog started!
My family will love this and hopefully it will motivate them ( and my close friends) to join me so I can see thier families more often. Since I'm just getting started, I will start by posting past pictures of my children and then most recent. Bear with me .. it may take a little bit!
